This Cookie Policy explains how Figo (“Figo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on usefigo.com (the “Site”). Read it alongside our Privacy Policy.

Our approach: cookieless by default

We deliberately use cookieless analytics. Our analytics providers (Plausible and PostHog) do not set tracking cookies, do not store persistent identifiers, and do not follow you across the web. We only collect aggregate, anonymous data — pageviews, referrers, country-level location, and broad device type — so we can understand how the Site is performing.

The cookies we use

We currently set no tracking, marketing, or analytics cookies on the Site. The only client-side storage we use is:

• Theme preference (figo-theme in localStorage) — remembers your light/dark mode choice.
• Cookie notice dismissal (figo-cookie-notice in localStorage) — remembers that you have seen our cookie notice so we don’t show it again on every visit.

Both are strictly functional and stay on your own device. They are never sent to us or any third party.

Browser controls

You can clear all storage for this Site in your browser settings at any time. Since we don’t depend on cookies for any feature, doing so will only reset your theme preference and re-show the cookie notice.

Changes

If we ever add features that require cookies — for example, session replay or cross-session analytics — we’ll update this page and re-introduce a proper consent banner before turning them on.
